Celebrating
the sacred settings of two of Britain's most cherished choral composing giants,
London Oriana Choir pays homage in their respective anniversary years with
performances of these modern masterpieces. Directed
by Dominic Ellis-Peckham, the London Oriana Choir will be joined by organist
Bel Comeau and City of London Sinfonia.
There will be a retiring collection for The
Pembroke Academy of Music (PAM), a music education project for young people
aged 7-14 years who experience socio-economic disadvantage. Based in Walworth
in South London, PAM includes instrument tuition, musicianship, composition,
ensemble work, performance opportunities, exam preparation and much more. They
aim to unleash the creative potential and capabilities of participants by
removing barriers to high-quality music education,
